The void is the initial state, the creative space, the zero, the fertile soil that precedes the beginning of life. It’s an ancient (and modern) concept as humanity! Every time we do empty, we start again. We can give ourselves the opportunity to look at things with new eyes, as if for the first time; this allows us to find creative solutions to ancient questions and to contact that wise part of us that always knows how to point us in the right direction. Making emptiness means starting again from scratch, giving us the opportunity to surprise ourselves, “cleaning up” our creative channel like a river from debris and to see magically scroll through new and unexpected ideas and thoughts. We will learn together using our voice using various singing techniques and we will work on our emotions through Nada Yoga (Sound Yoga), connecting mind and heart and thus improving our way of communicating with ourselves and with others.
