Why are we so ashamed of our voice? Why do we almost never recognize ourselves when we listen to our recorded voice? Why do we feel terrified at the thought of having to talk or even sing in public? The voice is the most intimate part of ourselves that we make available daily to the outside world; you have to be very brave to look inward and to be able to say and express what we really feel! In this workshop we will learn together using our voice using various singing techniques and we will work on our emotions through Nada Yoga (Sound Yoga), connecting mind and heart and thus improving our way of communicating with ourselves and with others. It is not necessary to know how to sing or be in tune, but the sole willingness to put oneself at stake by cultivating curiosity, courage and kindness.
